  • They promote the organization's #vision because they work to complete a specific project or purpose.
  • They increase efficiency because they make decisions and receive feedback faster. In addition, they don't have the bureaucracy of sending and receiving requests between departments.
  • They can innovate more because they share different viewpoints and knowledge. They can see the perspectives of other functionalities.
  • A downside is that this configuration limits the professional growth of individual members because they're focused on achieving the goals.
    • Rotation among various departments prevents stagnation.
